Private Label Training Programs - How it works

Plan
Participants discuss development needs with their managers. Once their plan is approved, they identify courses based on the competencies they wish to develop.

Select
Participants select course materials from a menu via a website set up for your organisation's program or by fax. Key information is captured at the time of ordering to update participant records, shipping information and cost-centre tracking.

Course materials are shipped to the ordering location or directly to the participant.

Learn and Test
Once participants finish the book and complete the 25-question assessment, they fax the personalised response form from the back of their book to e-Resources or take the test by logging onto the website set up for your organisation's program. Tests are graded with 70% considered a passing grade. If the score is under the passing grade, a "try again" letter and new response form will be sent to the participant.

Recognise
With a passing grade, the participant (or manager) will be sent a congratulatory letter and certificate. The participant's records will be updated with the score.

Report and Administer
After processing the test response forms weekly, your organisation's website will be updated with the latest information. Administrators may check program status at any time.

Your organisation will be invoiced for courses monthly.

The program can continually be refreshed by adding new titles and by customising the most popular courses to present case studies and terminology specific to your organisation.
