Courses can be structured according to a variety of requirements including approval processes or automatic enrollments, session administration, trainers, prerequisites, completed actions, competency assignments (with automatic email reminders), customisable Certificates of Completion, Discussions Groups, New Items, eLibrary resources and more.
Staff members may complete training and assessment online, takes notes online, ask trainer(s) questions, upload documents, enter discussions, view relevant News Items, review your own relevant organisational policies and procedures from your own intranet or from with the eLibrary. You can even add your own Glossary items for staff members to learn or review. Staff members can track their progress through individual courses, all current and completed courses and any pending enrollments. Your staff members can view their Course Plan in relation to their job requirements or Certificate/Diploma training. Your staff members can view any classroom based events and their attendance records. They can even view their classmates, if desired.
There are more than 220+ reports available covering all aspects of training and competency by staff members. Managers can be provided access to view training records for staff members in their departments or across multiple departments. You can create your own Report Templates giving you every detail required for compliance records.
